Buying and redemption guide

1. Choose a product available for sale worldwide. Check its redemption country, face currency, denomination, platform and account requirements; cross-region redemption is not guaranteed. 2. For top-ups, enter the player/account information specified on the product page accurately. 3. Your order keeps its selected display currency. Before payment, confirm the actual payment currency and amount quoted from the frozen USD base, using a channel that the merchant has enabled. If online payment is unavailable, the unpaid order is retained and no money is taken. 4. Products are available to buyers worldwide; redemption country, platform and account requirements still apply. After verified payment, reserved codes are delivered automatically. Any remaining codes or top-up are handled through the customer-service request in your order. The order may show Completed while actual delivery is still pending. Sales capacity does not represent ready-to-deliver codes. 5. Read your delivered codes or top-up receipt in the order. Keep codes private and follow the product redemption instructions.
